Please note: Taxes & gift cards do not apply to your order total. This offer does not apply to Larger Furniture Delivery items, Rugs, Lamps, Lighting, Poufs, Pillows & Our Home Decor Items, employee orders and/or previously placed orders. Additional fees apply for express or overnight shipping, where available.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
Out of Stock
Due to the handmade nature and limited quantity of each piece, some times a piece can be out of stock. We recommend reserving your piece while it is still being made exclusively for you. If an item is out of stock, we will refund your purchase immediately if you have been charged. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. Occasionally, items will become Out of Stock before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email. In the event that your order includes an out of stock item, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email.In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us.
Our Laal Bungalow plants such as Tulsi are grown and nurtured right here at the Laal Bungalow in Rita's Garden. Live plants ship out Monday through Wednesday, via 2nd day air or ground services. Any order received after 10 AM EST Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Other shipping methods are unavailable. Please note that live plants are unable to ship to international locations, US territories, AK, HI, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Live plants are final sale and may not be returned. If a plant arrives damaged, dead, or does not meet your expectations, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund. Live plants are also excluded from all promotions and discounts.
